Gmail service downtime

Can't do a tracert on it since it comes up with "unable to resolve target system name".

well kind of hard to go get there if you can not resolve where to go huh ;)

And since they have 6 name servers for the l.google.com domain that www.google.com sits in -- I would say its a issue with your ISP..

First thing to check when you can not get somewhere -- can you even resolve were to go.. if not.. you found your problem ;)

OH NOES.

In the UK on Plusnet.

It works for me and I'm on Plusnet.

They've got a problem with one of their gateways that they're trying to fix. You're on one which works.

Don't you just love these threads??

My suggestion is to give it a rest for a minute or two..

Or you can always use Yahoo or MSN.. ok strike that never use MSN

And yes Google is working for me.....

There should be a google thread on here so people can post when it's down
