They already shot themselves in the foot with their Macrovision licence and that severly retards their tv out puts on all cards and now they are making their DVD program which is nothing less than stellar an exclusive to some lame ass company(EVGA???). I think it's digusting since ATI DVD program is free right?.

Anyone tried the latest version?

The last one I tried had loads of bugs - like when you select the menus of a DVD with the mouse the focus was all over the shop and this was just annoying.

ATI player is not free, tho updates are.

They will also be using powerdvd tech in the future, which nvidia have just moved away from!
