Hey! I never wash my hands at a public restroom if I see no soap, because the TAP is indeed dirty/infected. But if there's soap, then no prob.

If I'm using a public bathroom that looks dirty I don't wash my hands. However I've started to bring disposable gloves with me everywhere and now I can relax about it.

You sound like a crazy germ freak.

I wash my hands sometimes, but other times I dont. I learned not urinate on my hands from a young age. I keep it clean down there, and have to reason to wash my hands after touching "it" then I do anything else.

Sure it sounds kind of gross, but everyone(most guys I guess) does it and I'd be willing to bet that there are way more germs on your face or whatever else than on your manhood.

only if I take a crap. If I pee then I don't wash. I keep it clean down their, and I don't pee on my hands.

If for some reason pee gets on my hands then I will wash them,

but I will use paper towels to turn on the water and open the door.

So how do you open the door then? I am not going to sit and wait in the bathroom till someone else comes by and opens the door, I will be there all day and that might **** my boss off...

germ freak? you've got to be kidding me?!?!? I really think you should learn some basic biology before you talk. germs is not one type...

"Let the germs be free" ... erm... I am one of the people who want the human species to survive unlike you

I do most of the time at home, but in not in public restrooms. Touching the door and other things probably gets my hands more dirty than they were to begin with.

Ok that makes sense, the way you had replied before is what made me wonder.

Thats what I do.

They pay me too much to just stand around, lol.

Public restrooms have doorknobs? That sux. Over here the doors can be pushed from either way, I simply use my right foot. I only wash my hands at home or anywhere with soap. No soap no washy.

sure always. However the more important question is do you wash your hands after using the mouse? :D

The Dirty Half Dozen:

> 2. Internet caf? computer mouse - 690

> 3. Bus hand straps - 380

> 4. Public toilet handles and door knobs - 340.

> 5. Lift buttons at 130

> 6. Train hand straps - 86

Agreed, might as well just wipe your hands all over the toilet on your way out.... I always use a paper towel to open the door or my foot if the door opens outward...

Yes. but mainly only if I'm going to eat or be touching other people (like shaking hands). What sickens me is to see some dude urinate, grope himself, and then walk out of the restroom at lunch!

If I'm at school: definately because there's no telling what people have touched before me.

If I'm at home: I know where everything's been that I've touched so I don't worry about it that much and if I'm going to be the only one touching it.

Men have always complained that they are being pestered as stupid, insensitive male chauvinists. To contradict this, a few members of the male species of homo sapiens have tried to change their savage, disgusting ways to act and behave cleaner and better. In the 21st century, majority of men still haven't taken this into account. 75 percent of men participating in a New York City study stated that they do not wash their hands after using the bathroom for urination or other reasons while 90 percent of women state that they do wash their hands. This is an appalling figure. :x Until now, during previous eras such as the dark ages and renaissance, people did not wash their hands after relieving themselves. After ground breaking discoveries of bacteria, germs and other harmful pests, we, the men, still haven't proven that we are still clean.erm... I am circumcised but I do not know the reason why since I was circumcised when I was 5. The thing is I do believe it is the choice of men. If they want it done for a purpose, let them. If not, don't bother. The thing is ... 75 percent of men in a study conducted in new york city state that they dont wash their hands after using the bathroom... Even if both sides, circumcised and uncircumcised, state that they are "cleaner" that way, they fail to state whether they wash their hands after using the bathroom or just urinating... That is where the poll really should cover. How many men wash their hands? I have heard reasons ranging from "The tap handles or door handles are already infected." That's the most disgusting and moronic response I heard.

Please take part in the poll and be honest. Let us pave the way to change the stupidity of this world toward a cleaner future. :shiftyninja:

Replies are welcome ...

I think that the women were lying. They are no cleaner than men but it is socially less acceptable for a woman to admit her bad hygiene habits.

I am generally a bit lazy about hand washing unless they are obviously dirty. I have an immune system and I don't exactly defacate all over my hands.

At home I wash my hands if I think about it but not every time because my house is clean :) Out around town, I wash my hands every time... and yeah I don't touch the door handles either, but a lot of the time the restroom does not have a door, or it is one that swings both ways...
