LOL, you should of said something like "would you risk it?" or something... it kinda makes HIV sound like a drug LOL and if she told me she had aids.. i'd be like.. peace out..and give her the peace sign.. with a slap to the face. so my answer is No.

Super8 and Tab
Hiv is not smth u can fool around with, so i'd stay away from doing anything sexual with a person with aids.

Barney T. Administrators Posted April 7, 2006 Administrators Share Posted April 7, 2006 I attended a HIV symposium a few years ago... the room was full of nurses and physicians. Th equestion was posed that if any of them had a latex condom, would they have sexual intercourse with a person infected with HIV...... No one raised their hand. The question was to point out that even in the medical world, no one would even use an "approved" condom and engage in sex......... an interesting statement indeed, considering everyone is told that latex condoms with nonoxynol-9 (spermicidal jelly) is an effective barrier against HIV... ludeboy12
this is a disease that can ruin my whole life, there is no way i can sacrifice that for anybody, even if shes my wife. wow thats sad....guess the "till death do us part" means nothing to you. So ur saying if you wife was in an accident of some sort and contracted HIV in that maner you would break it off w/ her??
sanghoku
1. once a relationship starts getting even remotely serious (like 3 dates) the one carrying HIV should mention this to his/her partner... 2. depending on how long you are in the relationship and how you see your "future" together. i mean, if you're 100% certain that you want to spend the rest of your life with that person and couldn't live with anyone else... 3. the one carrying HIV should at all means disencourage sexual acts... imagine you met someone looking absolutely hot and fine and you cant be near her without wanting to just f*ck her brains out... that's just a horrible way of teasing... my thoughts... if i don't want to live with anyone else except her, if it means bringing a little joy to her shortening life, if i can make her feeling normal and human again in stead of being looked at like a rabies infected dog... i definitely would vote yes... and yes, you can call me a dumb f*ck, but that's just what love does... makes you do stupid things :)

So ur saying if you wife was in an accident of some sort and contracted HIV in that maner you would break it off w/ her?? The heck I would break up with her. You would slap her face for having a virus (which may not have been her fault)? Eurgh, I hate people today (as in this day, Wednesday). There is so much ignorance and stupidity. If she gets AIDS, that means she probably cheated on you, so of course it's a "peace out". If it's not her fault, eh, how can that be? Unless she hangs out in the skid rows it's nearly impossible to accidentally receive AIDS.
LispyGlitter2
Yes I would. There are other ways to love each other than having sex. And there seems to be a stigma on here that she would have gotten it by sleeping around. Ever hear of bad blood transfusions? It can also be passed from Mother to daughter in utero.
