Teddy Bear Virus

Question

Ok, this is a Hoax right:

My friends with relatives in china have recieved many e-mails that state that the friendly teddybear icon in C:Windows is actually an e-mail spread virus! I got so many questions asking if this was a virus and what to do. Has anyone ever heard of this, I went around saying "Hoax" but I hope I wasn't spreading false things :(. OK, look at this, it smells like a 100% hoax haha:

I'm sorry I got the virus called jdbgmgr. Everyone in my adress book may have been infected. Please follow the steps below to delete it.

You may see some error code if you do not have chinese system in your computer, That's a normal condition.

(message translates into Chinese)

A Customer's Address Book has been infected by a virus and it was passed on to our computer via e-mail . My Address Book, in turn, has been infected. The virus (called jdbgmgr.exe) is not detected by Norton or McAfee anti virus systems. The virus sits dormant for 14 days before damaging the system. It's sent automatically by messenger and by the address book, whether or not you sent e-mails to blah blah blah, then some instructions.
