TheNay Posted April 11, 2006 Share Posted April 11, 2006 1000-1500, apprently people who eat half than the avg (2,000) live longer, but that isn't the reason why I hardly eat much, I just like to stay thin, when I was 30lbs more I looked older and didn't like it.. lol People who have a lot of calories (over 2500) is fine, as long as its for muscle mass or need of high energy levels to due your job, etc. but if its to feed your hunger thats sad.
