Other: Medium - Well done.

Don't like it burnt so you can wear it as a sole replacement on the bottom of your shoe, but don't like it bloody either.

Medium, I'm not all about the blood dripping stuff, I dunno I find that the med-rare cools off rather fast :/ but maybe thats just the places I've had it? Who knows.

Make it bleed, but still a tad warm.

Steak with fried onions and mushrooms, and wedge of cheese on top. then a nice side of chips (fries) :yes:

What we used to call a screamer. Get your flat pan as hot as possible, a few seconds on each side to sear it and done!
