KaZaA Plus subscription-based version found in KaZaA v2 with Resource

Caught this over at zeropaid.com and xp-erience.org. Here's an small snippet of the article.

As a follow-up to the article posted here, there appears to be even stronger evidence of this soon-to-come paid version of KaZaA, dubbed 'KaZaA Plus'. Hidden in the KaZaA v2.0 executable are many instances of 'plus' features which might very possibly be related to a subscription-based service that Sharman, along with Altnet, is planning to initiate in the near future. Another explanation could be that Sharman Networks will release a separate, more advanced 'plus' upgrade version of KaZaA.

That's interesting to see. I wonder if that can be activated, like after a certain date that box pops up. And if Kazaalite disables it, that would be considered "warez" wouldn't it :s? There goes Kazaa, along to rest in peace beside Napster, Morpheus, and Scour. Anyway, I was wondering when Kazaa mentioned the "Search More" button and I couldn't find it...

EDIT: Thanks trashpickinman, didn't see that!

A plus service that's free? Well, given the whole subscription-based references I would highly doubt KaZaA Plus would be free. I think though they will keep the free-based service running, since no P2P service that switched to a subscription-based service only survived, and they oughta know that. The RIAA will probably get on their asses though.
