stevember
The graphics giant has a new family of chips for graphics cards and motherboards that take advantage of the new, faster bus standard for better bandwidth. Nvidia has announced a family of products with complementary support for the fast AGP 8X bus standard. The AGP 8X products include an AGP 8X version of the GeForce4 Ti 4200 graphics card, an AGP 8X version of the GeForce4 MX 440 graphics card, and the nForce2 motherboard chipset. The GeForce4 MX 440 had been code-named NV18, and the Ti 4200 had been code-named NV28. NV30, Nvidia's next-generation chipset and its answer to ATI's AGP 8X Radeon 9700 Pro, was not mentioned, but it's widely assumed that it will have AGP 8X support. BardoGuy7
i dont think nvidia know what there doing half hte time... look at all the problems with the nforce chipset and nforce2 chipsets. I dont care if they dont want their integrated graphics on the new motherboard called differently, thats all it is. Integrated graphics.. Their pathetic. All they strive to do is wipe everyone out, they remind me of M$ in a way. I'll be sticking with ATI for years to come. Provided nvidia dont monoplise again as they in the GF2 days
