Help getting drunk lol

Recommended Posts

I'm not too much of a vodka fan, but I have to put in my vote for Bacardi Superior light rum.

Rum is about the tastiest- I was at a party a while ago, and everyone brought their favorite drink, I took my bottle of Bacardi.

Everyone told me that the first time I drank J?germeister (which someone else brought), I'd throw up, especially if I didn't have a chaser, so I drank the Jager, and chased it with my beloved rum:))

I got bonus points for that one.

Morning came, and there was at least half a bottle of everything else, but people were pounding back the rum, we wound up having to call a friend to bring some more.

It's just that good.

On a typical nite out i usually have a few pints of cider, Bulmers mainly (Think its called magners in the UK). Vodka and lime is nice as well as a Jack Danels and coke...

Fat frogs are tasty too....

1 bottle Smirnoff Ice

1 bottle Bacardi Breezer Orange

1 bottle WKD Original Vodka Blue

Experiment with your friends... Its fun :)

Vodka and coke?! :x It's not worth it!!!

Bacardi with Sprite and a twist of lime. Tastes good and gets you drunk. :D

Bacardi Razz with cranberry juice is nice too, Bacardi has some flavors of its rum, try them out!

Gin and Tonic with lime is good as well, bit of a bitter taste but it's good tasting and mature. :)

White wine is good aswell if you like that kind of thing, gets you pretty drunk as well. Stay away from red wine tho as you probably will get a bad hangover from it (contains more toxins or whatever).

Or just go with a crapload of beer each night. Does it for me on the weekends.

Good luck, and drink responsibly!

this white rum? ?10 for 70cl sound good? and how would i go about drinking it? sounds like it might be worth it,if not ill go for Red Label vodka at 37.5%:))

Not sure if they have it over there or not... but Southern Comfort is pretty sweet and it goes well with cola. If that's not an option, I would stick with some kind of rum and cola or vodka and a fruit juice.

have fun ;)

Uh, not sure what you're talking about, but yeah, Bacardi Superior is white (clear) rum, and over here, it runs us about $13 (~7 GBP) for a fifth, which is 700ml (I think that's 70cl, but my metric's not the hottest).

I usually just drink it straight, but a lot of people mix it with Coke, Sprite, or (if you get the Bacardi Razz, raspberry flavored) cranberry juice.

Aye, but be careful with that- It's a little sweeter than most hard liquer, and I had a friend not realize that it's 100 proof, down half a bottle, and go to the hospital for alcohol poisoning. Her own dumb mistake, but the taste is a little misleading if you're not aware of what you're drinking.

I'm 16 and havent drank before... seems to be a waste of money? I mean water is cheap and free...

:))

You'll understand when you get there.

It's cool that you haven't, yet, though- I'm from the US (Michigan in particular), and didn't have my first drink until I was 17, just last summer. Waiting was worth it, but don't be afraid to try something new, when the time is right.

Once you're fourteen, you can have a drink in a pub as long as it is with a meal, although it is quite uncommon for a pub to allow this these days. Most pubs will insist you are 18.

16 for a meal actually

Here's a link to a govenment site listing what ages you can and can't drink:

I've decided im either gonna go for this http://www.tesco.com/superstore/xpi/3/xpi50238173.htm probably mixed with some sprite.

or this http://www.tesco.com/superstore/xpi/6/xpi50237986.htm mixed with coke or pepsi i think.

I wont be taking the full bottle out, i would probably take out a bottle of sprite with me,and about a normal 330ml bottles worth of the rum out. so i dont drink it all. lol. would that be right? or should i just take out with me a normal plastic bottles worth mixed?

anyway, im going to go bed now, its 00:24 and i gotta be up at 8 :) ill be back on during college, as im really want to enjoy myself and get drunkthis weekend.

If you're like me since I really don't care for beer, I stick to Captain Morgan and coke. I have a liter of that at home as well as I love drinking Screwdrivers. Vodka and orange juice are good, but you have to make sure you buy vodka that's decent like Smirnoff that won't make you really feel bad the next day. I also like Gin and Juice so theres another option.

Stay away from rum.

Go for the vodka, or whiskey,

With the vodka, your going to want about 50/50 vodka/lemonade (what I use). It will taste pretty ****ty if you on't like the taste of vodka, when I say 50/50 I'm not talking about a standard coke bottle's worth, about 3 inches of a standard bottle full (seems thats what I guess you use to mix them), I just use a small glass. Force/knock about 4 of them down and you will soon forget about the taste. One thing I do is to have about 3 cans before I hit the vodka, it helps with the taste also (or have larger amounts of vodka per drink).

So to summarise, I have found the key to getting drunk quickly is to use as much vodka as you can, with the least amount of coke/lemonade you can, and to force it/drink it in as big as gulps you can.

Oh, and if your drinking 10 cans of lager or whatever and not getting drunk, drink them faster ;)

That Bacardi's the right stuff.

If you're wanting to only carry one bottle, and you don't just want to drink the rum straight (I'd highly recommend trying it, at least one night, it'll get you drunkest fastest with the least peeing later, and you can always find coke nearby if you don't enjoy it), I'd say just spend a little bit of time and a little bit of rum experimenting with what tastes best to you.

Pour out a shot or so, put in about 30% Sprite, see if it tastes alright (just taste, no pounding :) ), if not, add more Sprite, etc. From that, you could pretty easily mix a bottle of party drink.

Dunno how you do things at your parties/nights out, but over here, I usually take the full bottle of what I'm drinking, plus a bottle of sprite or coke (Only $1.79 at a gas station) as curtosy, and let everyone else drink all they want- They usually have the same attitude, and if someone drinks a ton of my rum without sharing theirs, I'll ask them to pay a bit of the cost. Most people are usually cool about it, and you never really wind up getting shafted, plus you get to try everyone elses drinks in addition to having all you want of your own.

Stay away from rum.

Sorry, care to elaborate on that?

If anything, IMO, rum is very smooth, whereas all the vodka I've had tastes like transmission fluid, and burns like syphalis.

#EDIT: Also.. if you really want to get ****ed.. Try apfelkorn (that's what it sounds like) it's basically an apple liquer that'll get you off your face >.>.

sorry for the big array of posts here (:

here they accept a photocopied version of your passport, apparently it's perfectly legal, so most people just scan their passports and change the date of birth (and check code thingey). i've never been questioned on it.

I just mean the police are pretty hot on it where I live and so the doormen have UV'd it and tried to bend my driving licence in half (apparently cheap ones snap easily), and they won't accept anything but a very real looking passport or driving licence. Not sure about the agecheck IDs.

Just to add another side. I've had friends who are 22 turned away yet seen people who i know are 16 in pubs. By law, a 17.9 year old guy can't have the 2 drinks they want, yet and 18 year old guy can have 40 drinks. Who's the better person?

People don't know everything at 16, or 18. Hey, I don't know everything at 23. Unfortunately, law has to have a definite thing to go by to allow people priveleges of drinking or sex or driving. Some people can cope at an earlier age than most, some people never cope. Unfortunately there is no way of telling. All that you can do is say at a certain age, this is what happens if you do something wrong.

I just think rum is revolting, I literally can't even smell it. But thinking back this is probably due to me drinking a **** load of it at a party a couple of years ago. So I guess he should give rum a sample as well. And I know what you mean about cheap vodka.

don't mix vodka with coke, the taste is not as good as when you mix it with Juice, orange juice, cramberry juice

or whatever :p, trust me is better

when I drink vodka I usually pour 2 o 3 fingers of vodka and the rest its juice, but you can experiment until you get the flavor you like ;)

that's the only advice I can give :p hope it helps :)

No way! Vodka is bollocks with juice. If you want something that tastes good - vanilla vodka and coke, half and half - that is beautiful. Or go for Gin Martini Cocktail ... look it up online its an astounding drink.

Drinkin' that WKD **** for women, is partly the reason you're becoming immune to the alcohol. Cause of the vodka content. You should have done what most men do. Open a nice can of cold fosters and sit back and sip on that.
