Both my desktop and laptop have wireless cards and my desktop won't connect to the router unless the laptop initiates a connection. :huh: I can see that packets and sent from the desktop and only a few are recieved but as soon as the laptop connects the desktop connects successfully immediately. The desktop has a Linksys WMP54GS and the laptop has an SMC WCB54 card. I dual boot Windows and Ubuntu and the same thing happens no matter which OS I'm running. The router is a Linksys WRT54GS v3.
