2. Warns me to go off

3. counts "1..2..3"

4. head butts me

5. try walking off

6. pushed to floor

7. pick up my bottle of water and try walking away.

8. get pushed up agenst the slide

9. try walking off

10. get pushed agenst slide and told to go

11. said to his face "I’ve done nothing"

12. get head butted at top of the nose.

13. i try walking off again

14. kicks me in back whilst trying to walk off to west bridge centre for help

15. kicked to the floor by Andy (Aged 17)

16. try getting up and crawling out of the disabled park

17. Alex hunter ran off his bike and hit me above and right of my eye in front of my ear

18. Andy (Aged 17) kicked me to floor again

19. Alex and Andy (Aged 17) picked me up

20. told me to go home

21. Andy (Aged 17) ran over to one of my mates named Danny turner (Aged 19), Andy (Aged 17) was still looking for a fight.

22. i went to my mates in pain and got my bag and stuff then came home

Note: not once did I fight back, except for shouting at him "i did nothing so why are you starting on me"

i want to know if i can charge him for assualt or somthing, i think i can but im a but shaken up atm

edit: if i can press how do i go about doing it?

And if the police do nothing, and it happens again, knee him, punch him, or grab him by the balls and squeeze. If you have a good grip, he won't do it again. :D

Do you have physical proof? such as bruises/cuts from the event, if not they cant do nothing about it. :(

Police are useless though really, i used to get beaten up regularly man, n i gotta say. if you only have a few small bruises dont bother because they wont do too much about it.

Police won't do nothing. Even if you have loads of cuts and bruises, the police *may* arrest him, but if he denies this then you will need solid proof. Solid proof being CCTV or something of the like.

If you cannot obtain nothing like this, then it is your word against theirs, thus nothing will happen except he may hit you again next time he sees you.

I really wouldnt go to the police if i were you. He MAY get arrested for a bit, but i pretty much guarantee either he will come find u as soon as he gets out, or he will get his mates to find you, and this time, you wont walked away, you'll b dragged away unconscious. It's really a **** off, and i've been there myself. The fact that he is 17 and your 15 kinda makes it hard for u to fight bk, however i would have thought your 19 yr old mate could have given him a few :/. What i would do is pretty much nothing. Try and join a gym, or learn some sort of self defence stuff, thats always handy.

get some friends that are in their 20s and go kick his ass, as simple as that

Exactly!, don't bother with police as long as they didn't mug you, nothing but trouble.

Why didn't ur m8s try and help you!!!

my idea is good but then if you kick his ass, he could just charge you but if you charge him now, he'll teach you a lesson when he gets out

If the cops are involved you havent got a choice about the charges or not, you have to go through with it. I remember one of the times I got put in hospital when I was 15 the cops turned up, and demanded there names and said I had to go through with charges because I'm under 16. I just said I didnt know there names.

Yep, you can charge them, but they probably wont get jail time, and they will come looking for you. I advise you to fight fire with fire.

It's best to get some friends and exact your revenge. If you call the cops, and he gets arrested, he may just beat you up worse next time. Do what is necessary to make him stop... by force if you have to, thats what I'd do atleast. :)

I'd almost agree with this course of action. Although, nobody likes someone who can't fight their own battles. Just remember that your friends only fight when they have to.

I know the "best" advice would be to go to the police. I live in the Nottingham, the city with the most violent and gun crime rates in the UK, and I can tell you, the police don't really care. The guy that started will probably get a warning at best. He'll then come looking for you (probably).

People set themselves up to be bullied. I know that sounds awful, but to be honest, it's true. I was bullied at primary school but seven other kids (in a group). I ended up kicking the crap out of the leader infront of the others. I never got bullied again (infact I'm friends with a few of them now). Things started to kick off again secondary school, but nothing major. Bullies are cowards, they pick on the people they think are the weekest, you just have to change the view.

See your PM.
