munki
Just saw this over at FileConnect: Kazaa Cheater is a new tool that takes care of Kazaa's new participation setting. It makes fake uploads and raises your participation level to 1000. Simply run Kazaa or KazaaLite 2.0 and then run Kazaa cheater. Raise it to 1000 then turn off sharing and run it again one month later. View the story here. Grab your copy here. Update thanks to AntBug. Seems the guys who created it are from UniteTheCows . whipper25
in essence, defeating the whole purpose of p2p applications...this sucks..now i know a lot of people are still on dial-up and they need all the help they can get..i feel you guys..but if this keeps on goin, eventually there may be no kazaa at all cuz nobody will be sharing!!...these 'tools' gotta come with a label: use moderately ..i just hope these people share once in awhile.. Ironman273
Well, I feel up to know Kazaa has worked pretty good and with the new rating system I've noticed that virtually all the people downloading from me rate at Low (0). I don't think everyone stopped sharing in 2.0 so I assume that's how it's been all the time. BTW, I share a bunch of files and I leave my computer on all the time. After the first night with 2.0, I was at 1000 participation. Then I downloaded about 10 songs and one software and now I'm down to Low (50). It hasn't gone back up because for some reason no one esle is uploading from me.
munki
I haven't used it since I don't use Kazaa. Just thought you guys might find it interesting.
Jaydude
I've downloaded it and used it, it seems to slow down activity for me so I removed it. BTW, you must be running version 2.0 for this cheater to work correctly.

Make sure your sharing files, and have not disabled sharing files through the options of kazaa then start the cheater program.
AntBug
This program was originally made by someone at UniteTheCows and they have a newer version available on their site.

NeoTrunks
This is kinda lame. I just leave my kazaa running over night, and I'd be at supreme being the next day. Only thing I don't like is that all I have to do is download 2 or 3 songs and I'd be down to like diety.
whipper25
i don't know why they implented a participation level anyway..i dont' really see any significant differences..i don't see any difference in speed even with a high participation level which supposedly moves you up the queue...and if it is used to be an indication of someone's credibility when they're downloading from you, then its a double edged sword..you can easily cut someone off with a participation level of 0..but then again, you need him to download from you to boost up your participation level.... shockz
Their new participation system is too strict. I downloaded two songs and it dropped a ton of points. I have shared enabled on mine, but nobody downloads from me... so my level continues to drop.
sunnyy4
I share my files in the New Downloads folder... but not many people download off me... :p But if anyone wants my files... then they are available for download... :D
trashpickinman
I know this might have been said before but while connected to kazaa go to 127.0.0.1:1214 and save the largest files you can back to your hard drive. it raised mine back up real quick.
