I wouldn't find it acceptable, although I wouldn't find it outrageous because if your older, a 3 year difference is not much at all. But since she really hasn't matured at this point in her life, I would think of her as still a young child. I think once she matured, it would be acceptable for her to date older guys.

Back in kindergarten, there were a few kids that were "dating" each other. They'd always hold hands, talk in the corner, go for walks during recess, and kiss when no one was looking.

Id say its shouldnt be happening. I am 22 and my gf is 18. I would be worried if i was going out with a 16 year old but it would still be within the law of consent. 13 is just wrong wrong wrong.....

from a US perspective, ive gotta say ive seen a lot of really mature 13 year olds, which would pass for 16 any day. (cos ive just been in the states for the summer) Whereas over back home in Hong Kong, 13 year olds in my school still act like they're in kindergarten. Im going to be 16 next month, and i think its crazy if your gonna date someone so much younger and immature.

Well 3 years ago i was 17 and was dating a girl who is 13 and we did 'it' but i was totally ****ed and she led me on.... i mean how can i led her her on if i was ****ed...... it was a 1st time one. Condom machines have been in bathrooms in high schools in BC for a long time. They rather us have safe sex than non safe sex.
