I want to know what ports does hotmail, gmai, yahoo or any web based email use when you send mail within a web browser. Is it port 80 or 25?

You connect to them using port 80, they transmit the email to your recipient via port 25 (on their server, not on your computer).

I'm trying to setup QoS on my router, so when I send pictures or big attachments in email, the torrent(s) (if any active) would stop uploading and all the bandwith would go to my email upload.

The application (Bittorrent) must support QoS, I believe. Unless your client does (I don't know of any that do), you're screwed.

Don't upload files while downloading torrents.
