IgwanaRob Posted October 9, 2002 Share Posted October 9, 2002 SEATTLE, Washington (Reuters) -- Microsoft Corp. will introduce a new addition to its Office suite of productivity programs by adding an XML document authoring tool, the world's largest software company said on Wednesday. Microsoft Office product manager Scott Bishop said the new program, code-named XDocs, will debut in mid-2003 as the newest member of the Office suite of software, used for word processing and spreadsheet number-crunching.
