Kreuger
(Not joking, the heat outside will make you be cooked alive) It's hot inside for me too. Not as hot but it's not as cool as I'd like. Hydro people keep turning power down, A/C can't do much :(

TEX4S
I'll go ahead and mention it also ---- S-L-O-W-W-W-W ...there is usually a 10 second delay between the time I click a link in the forum and when it appears.... I know the admins are hard @ work on these issues and keeping this site up and running is an arduous task - one that I couldnt do - My Thankx to all who are part of the neowin team.... Only reason I mention what has been mentioned repeatedly is - well..... it makes me feel like Ive given positive input and help with reaching a goal :D

FlishFun Veteran Posted August 3, 2006 Veteran Share Posted August 3, 2006 Its slower than before for me :( It's faster for me at home... and slower for me at the office. It's very odd. Of course, I think the proxy and such have something to do with it.
IceDogg
It's been up and down for me since the site was offline. One minute fast and very reactive, then slow, timeouts and database errors. Not complaining as I know it's being worked on, I'm just reporting to help resolve the issues. I won't post over and over. I'll give it time and post back after a long while whichever may be the case.. faster slower or the same as now. Thanks to the people that are working hard to make neowin better!! yisman
IF i go outside, then i will die :( (Not joking, the heat outside will make you be cooked alive) Tell me about it. I'm taking a physical conditioning class, and we do weight-lifting in a non-air conditioned room, followed by 6 or 7 laps around the track. I'm lucky that I haven't wound up in the hospital because of this stuff. If you ask me, it's pretty deranged to make people do laps around the track in this kind of weather.
