DaveLegg Developer Posted August 8, 2006 Developer Share Posted August 8, 2006 We are currently aware of this issue. It is part of the recent upgrades which are still ongoing whilst we try to figure out the best configuration to bring both speed and reliability to the site. We thank you for your patience while we continue to work on this matter.

sn00pie
I'm not getting any errors, but I'm noticing Neowin is significantly slower than any other websites I visit. Is it just me or is everyone getting that?

Martyn
So basically, just another day on neowin... Exactly. The site was down for a couple of day's last week because of "fixes" to the server, it is still slow though, I have not noticed any improvement and sometimes Neowin just refuses to load up for hours on end. I love Neowin, but this is very frustrating.

spenser.d
The site has been blazing fast for me all day today. It's been fast when it's up, but it's been up and down quite frequently the last few days, with a lot of Connection Errors and Timeouts. -Spenser

Adam_Brown
People you have to expect problems when your using anything other then a defult install of anything. Common - its not that hard to go out side for a copple of hours is it? They Mods/Coders are working as hard as they can, give them a break. Speed would be lovely, and 99% up time would be great but its not there so live with it.
