Shof Posted September 3, 2006 Share Posted September 3, 2006 About every 3-8days the TrueVector service in zonealarm automaticly gets stopped and disable. I can start it and enable it in Services, but that does not restore my connection and makes my computer slow. I have to restart my computer for everything to work as normal. I have also noticed that they are times when i noticed that zonealarm keep on poping up a message that says System error. Anyone have a clue? I have experienced many serious problems with the latest versions - data corruption errors and serious shutdown/bootup errors. However, I love the control Zone Alarm gives me and wouldn't feel safe without it. So i recommend that you do what i do: before you shut down you computer, MANUALLY(right click->shutdown) shut down zone alarm. This should leave you with an error free computer - now let's just hope that those at Zone Labs will release an update to fix this problem soon! this might also be useful: Zone Lab discussion BUT none of those solutions worked for me.
