Wireless and Wired On at the same time

I currently have my Wired Connection collected with a NAS with DHCP function and give a IP address of 164.298.0.4

And My wireless router with internet connection. Gives me a IP address of 192.168.0.34

However i realize i could not get reliable or any internet connection if i have wired connection on.

Is there anyway in Windows XP i could set so that i direct all Internet traffic to wireless adapter?
