Panacik
I have both options on my Telewest box and if i select RGB from composite the picture looks clearer but darker. Not sure which one is suppose to be best? My TV is HD capable, but i dont have an HD decoder so please dont say the obvious, that HD is the best etc... Garry
The best one is the one you prefer.
NienorGT
In theory the RGB is better. 3 Cables, 1 for each colors Composite is 1 cable for all... If it's clearer, then it's good, darker? Change settings on your TV then...

Change settings on your TV then... Yeah RGB seems to be a lot clearer and i have upped the colour and brightness on my TV to compensate. Just wasnt sure which one was technically suppose to be the best. Cheers guys. Rich
