[Windows Media Player 11] New Beta Version or...?

I just installed a new 200gb hard drive in my Hp and have been installing all my programs and I downloaded a copy of Windows Media Player 11 right off Microsoft's Download site but I noticed it looks different then the Beta version I had installed before the new hard drive:

Is this just a new Beta Version or is it the final release? I have no clue because it doesn't say beta on anything in WMP. And, I just took a look at my old hard drive's wmplayer.exe and the version on it is "11.0.5358.4827" so I do have a different version installed now.

the final releases on October 24, 2006, correct me if im wrong.

I just installed that version, and actually came to neowin to see if this is the latest release. I have the same version you have.

Nar its still a beta, but they did update the UI abit.

Correct me if Im wrong but the 11.0.5358.4827 version was beta 1

And the new 11.0.5705.5043 you just downloaded is beta 2.

oh how i miss thta one... on Vista they have this blue crap. I wish it was all black.. changing the colors on WMP doesn't change the rest of it. I want WMP 11 XP on Vista!
