mjdbb1
On all the machines I've tested it on, IE7 scrolling is slow and choppy. Some sites are worse than others. However, under 'Advanced' settings, if I clear the "Enable visual styles on buttons and controls in Web pages" check box, the scrolling is suddenly fine. Anyone have an idea why this happens? It never happened in IE6.
