Mr. Chronopoulos
I've got an FTP server, among other things, running on my home server here. I've checked and double checked my settings, ports, etc., but there's one thing that just won't work. Everything works fine on my lan, but when someone from the outside tries to connect, the server won't send a directory listing and so the user cannot do anything. Any ideas? +BudMan MVC Posted November 2, 2006 MVC Share Posted November 2, 2006 the directly listing would come back on the data port, normally 20.. Connecting and sending commands is on the control port 21.. Mr. Chronopoulos
Well, I'm not sure what the problem was but it seems to be working fine now. Probably just my router being moody again. Thanks guys.
