digipoi Posted November 14, 2006 Share Posted November 14, 2006 Fighting at light middleweight (154lbs), it was announced yesterday, Oscar De La Hoya will be fighting Floyd Mayweather Jr on May 5th 2007 (Cinco De Mayo). This fight has the makings of generating lots of moola at a weight class other than Heavyweight ( (N) ). Could it possibly break Trinidad vs. De La Hoyas record buys?
