IE7 is driving me nuts

Recommended Posts

Hello,

it really is!

whenever I start it, it loads just fine, but then it takes some seconds for it to load all the toolbars. so what happens is that when it starts, i start typing to address bar, then toolbars load, and address bar gets emptied! wtf! same with search bar. and even worse, if i have url in clipboard, start ie7, and before toolbars load paste it into address bar, and hit enter, it says that page is not available!

does anyone have any clue of how to prevent this?

thanks

this is an example: http://qq.dreamy.ws/ie7/ [picture is worth a thousand words]

not having any probs of that sort,, but some pages makes my IE buggy, it stops reponding for a minute or so when i open live gadgets page, really annoys me,, and lots of times it just bugs and says close program or look for solution or something,,, vista version of End Task i guess. I am really trying to adopt to IE7 since i installed vista, but looks like im gonna go back to FF soon.

Just be a bit patient and wait for the toolbar to load then?

thats not really an excuse for software to be buggy, is it?

Uninstall the google toolbar....... Seriously.

You shouldn't need it with IE7, and im not sure its "100% compatible" yet.

I had trouble with the google toolbar.

Remove google toolbar

The new IE is just like old IE. It sucks but with tabs this time. Firefox, Opera, Maxthon. Try one of them. Keep IE for windows updates. Problem solved.

Me, i am using IE6 still. Its still being updated and so, will keep using it

I have use the IE7 Blocker tool, with the command switches to block IE7 as being a critical update, and is just a recommened update now.

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details...;displaylang=en

Use it if going back to IE6 and dont want IE7 asa critical update.
