ENiGmA
Ok here?s the dilemma, In IE6 you used to be able to access the Control Panel via the address bar. Since installing IE7 on Windows XP it now attempts to locate http://control%20panel/ I know how to access the control panel many other ways, but this one has me stumped. In the IE6 days, I used to use the "run as" command via the address bar in IE6 at work for basic user accounts. So the question is, how do you access the control panel via the address bar in IE7 using the "run as" command? Any input/suggestions are greatly welcomed. Thanks! primexx
IE 7 is nolonger integrated into the system shell and thus cannot operate as explorer anymore. I just tried "Control Panel" though and it did open windows explorer and the Control Panel, so i'm not sure what you're problem is.

I previously mentioned that when I type "Control Panel" in the address bar, it attempts to load http://control%20panel/ after hitting enter.
