rec_kris
Hey all, just wondering if anyone knew if there was a way to program a gesture in Opera that would allow me to download an image to a specified folder without a dialogue box popup, in a single-click of sorts. image toolbar for firefox is wonderful, but i've been thinking of switching to opera (magic wand is priceless). villiansv
Apparently you can't program the "Save to download folder" function you have on the right-click menu to a mouse gesture, which I think is weird... The next best thing is to program a mouse gesture with the "save image" function, which will pop up the save to which folder window. It's not quite what you want, but it's what's available :-(. On the other hand, once you've saved an image to a folder of your choosing, the same folder will be selected the next time the window pops up, so you can hit enter on the keyboard - still fast enough, I guess. Also, control-clicking an image in Opera is hardwired to bring up the "save image to" popup window, so if you like that, you don't even have to program a gesture.
