NoLiMiT06 Posted November 23, 2006 Share Posted November 23, 2006 Ok I have tried downloading an episode of spongebob and it take out the points and acts like its going to download and then says "Could not download Media Usage Rights, please contact MS Support" did the same thing with a movie rental and now I am out 240 points. :angry: Any ideas on what to do or has someone else had a similar problem? It is still marked as "Purchased" for your account and you should be able to re-download them (at no extra cost) later on (when the servers aren't as flooded). Cuz I was really impressed :) I had to call about xbox live about a week ago and got a chinese girl... after about 30 mins I just told them they fixed my problem(needed to get off phone and talk to someone i can understand).
