Help!

Ok I have tried downloading an episode of spongebob and it take out the points and acts like its going to download and then says "Could not download Media Usage Rights, please contact MS Support" did the same thing with a movie rental and now I am out 240 points. :angry: Any ideas on what to do or has someone else had a similar problem?

It's just that servers are being flooded. It is still marked as "Purchased" for your account and you should be able to re-download them (at no extra cost) later on (when the servers aren't as flooded). If that's not the case, then definitely give them a ring.

Hey guys I was just reading through this topic and was thinking aren't those on 24 hrs limit or it's just for the movies only.

Movies only, and it's 24 hrs only if you play it then stop. Otherwise it's 14 days. As for the TV shows, you own them :)

48 hours, not 24. Movie rentals only. TV episodes are purchased for good.

Update, I got my points back no questions asked because it is a problem that they are fixing. And also is it just me or are they all finally american's doing the support? Cuz I was really impressed :)

I had to call about xbox live about a week ago and got a chinese girl... after about 30 mins I just told them they fixed my problem(needed to get off phone and talk to someone i can understand). When I called back i got an ammerican so it was all good :p.
