myNando
Maaaaaan!!! I so want there to be a lot of fighting games for the 360. I'm a fighting-game ###### and I want to know that I didn't spend my money on a console that'll be putting 98% of FPS-games out there. The only good one that's out there is DOA4. Don't even get me started on Rumble Roses XX...it both blows and sucks, imo. WWF Raw is sort of a fighter but not really...so it doesn't count. LOL!!! I know there's Street Fighter II Hyper Fighting & Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 but...I mean, I can play those anywhere (SNES, PC, etc.). So, those also don't count. Have there been any announcements or plans for upcoming fighting games for the Xbox 360?

myNando
Hmm... I actually haven't played Fight Night Round 3. It looks like it would get boring after a while, no?
Huleboeren
in my opinion - all fighting games get boring after a while :p
myNando
^ I mean when fighting games have a good depth of moves & character balance, it can be really enjoyable (ie. Virtua Fighter, DOA, etc.). I got my 360 with DOA4 back in April and I still play DOA4 because the gameplay kicks ass! I also played Virtua Fighter 4: Evolution for the PS2 for many months. In my opinion, the 3D Mortal Kombat games do not have the good type of depth of moves & character balance as the games I mentioned above. So, yes, the 3D MK games get boring after a while. +dnast Subscriber² Posted November 27, 2006 Subscriber² Share Posted November 27, 2006 There really aren't many new traditional arcade fighters being developed right now on any system. The PS3 has VF5 and Tekken 5 as exclusives, while both the PS3 and 360 will be getting a new King of Fighters, but that's probably a long ways off. Other than that you'll probably have to wait for DOA5, which likely won't be released until a while after Ninja Gaiden 360 is finished.
myNando
^ Yeah, I'm waiting patiently for DOA5 seeing as how DOA4 is still pretty darn good and can tide me over 'till the sequel. try Kung Fu Chaos on the original Xbox, the game is hilarious... ... Kung Fu Chaos is not compatible with the 360 according to the Xbox.com's compatibility list. :pinch:
NeoTrunks
Everyone is always talking smack about Rumble Roses XX. I dunno. I've had a lot of fun playing that game. Believe it or not (I'm pretty sure none of you would believe it), it was my girlfriend who wanted me to get the game after playing the demo with me. We played the other day with her brother and had a blast.
