Full of people that dont know what there talking about !!! :angry:

and it starts and then Grrrr so i give them 14 days and i call them today and i talk to ANOTHER CSR this guy has me on hold for 10 mins after the first 5 mins i knew my HD wasnt shipped :angry: the guy ( very nice ! and took his time to help me i think ) got on the phone and told me the last csr didnt send the claim to service-shipping :blink: the guy tell me he sent it to service-shipping on a rush ( per his bosses work not sure about that :shiftyninja: ) and they hope i will have it by the end of the week :angry:

I know how you feel. I got my 360 back this afternoon after 4 weeks without it!

Took me ages to get it sorted and gave me a massive headache too. I am writing a letter/email of complaint about this... it is unacceptable. I suggest you do the same.

Writing a very civil, yet stern, complaint letter or email can sometimes get much more accomplished than one might initially imagine. I definetely recommend doing the same as well.

I literally have to to many things to list where I have gotten a positive outcome from complaining about something, so it definitely works sometimes. Also make sure you have a legitimate gripe as well. If you do not, than do not even bother. You have more than a reason I would say, no doubt about it.

I read that backdrop and it looks like they have made a bad situation worse. You should be compensated for the shipping at the least and a free kick in the nuts to a tech of your choosing.

yea the guy i talked to said "they wasnt allowed to ship overnight" :blink: and i asked for som free xbox live time or points was told them same there not allowed to give out any freebies :blink: . but they was i look at it im out almost a month ! ( granted i can play but i cant save ) and im out another 100$ for shipping !

I'm so glad i brought mine from my local Game and if anything goes wrong with it, i will hopefully just be able to send it back for a replacement.

sorry, but there's something to be said for buying from a local physical store: the guy whose balls you want to kick in is always within reach.

inplode, i'm sorry this is happening to you but hold on, the 360 experience is worth it as you know. my first actual moment with her was an E67, so i know how you feel. and who says it's the last time it'll happen? dude, life is full of these crappy challenges. just like an infocom game, really.

Well I have had my original one shipped there before (xbox1) and there service center is located in Kentucky just out side of Louisville. Since you are only a state away something just seems screwy about the whole situation.

They porlly lost the HD and outsourced the guys who play the games to get you back to where you were... he couldn't figure out how to send the files from his hd back to microsoft yet :p.

My DVD drive broke on my 360, i called the service number, got a reference number, shipped out the system on a wednesday, got it back in 12 days from when i shipped it, with all the problems fixed. I was wary from hearing all the horror stories but mine was a positive experience. It goes both ways, I guess.

Yeah, definitely. My DVD drive also broke a few days after I got my 360. I called MS and they sent a box (and told me to just send the console without the HD for the record), but I waited a day or two and Best Buy got a new shipment of 360s so I just used my PRP. :p

I was pretty close to just shipping the system off, though, and the people I talked to were very nice and informative. It sucks that not everybody gets the same experience.

well ive been on hold for 1 hour and they tried to tell me it would be another 7 days ! SCREW THAT im wait to talk to a manager

they have lied to me 3 times about shipping me my HD ( after there screw up ) 7 more days will not cut it i want next day shipping or im calling the bbb and or anyone i have to to wait almost a month to fully use my HD is not cool

I think they had to cut down on the good-customer-service budget after the first shipment of consoles :D

OMFG after 2hours on the HOLD THE POS'S hang up on me ! i call back and talk to another POS CSR that tell me the " head monkey" has put an order in on it and my account is froze for 7 days WTF ONLY ACCOUNT I HAVE WITH THEM IS MY REPAIR so im filing a report with the BBB ( im sure it wont do any good but it will make me feel better ! ) tues if my HD is not on my door step when i call back ..... the skies will darken and the ground will crack !

o yea they say why its takening so long it becuase the hd might have saved games and personal INFO I TOLD THE STUPID **** I HAD THE XBOX 1 HOUR OR LESS NEVER GOT TO BOOT PAST THE ERROR SCREEN THERE NO FREAKING DATA ON IT

i feel sorry for the guy i talked to becuase i blasted him, but i was man enuff to tell the guy sorry for blasting him like i did but i have been lies to 3 other times and im sick of it

easy for your to say dude, u havent gone through the frusteration he has. I feel for you man, i really do, does anyone know of anyone he can email within M$ even if they are not related to xbox, just someone higher up? Also, did i read correct or did u say you had to pay $100 for shipping? FOR WHAT!? i dont get it! this is a factory defective unit, the onus is on them to PAY for shipping and make YOU happy.
