OMFG after 2hours on the HOLD THE POS'S hang up on me ! i call back and talk to another POS CSR that tell me the " head monkey" has put an order in on it and my account is froze for 7 days WTF ONLY ACCOUNT I HAVE WITH THEM IS MY REPAIR so im filing a report with the BBB ( im sure it wont do any good but it will make me feel better ! ) tues if my HD is not on my door step when i call back ..... the skies will darken and the ground will crack !

o yea they say why its takening so long it becuase the hd might have saved games and personal INFO I TOLD THE STUPID **** I HAD THE XBOX 1 HOUR OR LESS NEVER GOT TO BOOT PAST THE ERROR SCREEN THERE NO FREAKING DATA ON IT

i feel sorry for the guy i talked to becuase i blasted him, but i was man enuff to tell the guy sorry for blasting him like i did but i have been lies to 3 other times and im sick of it

You do realize exploding and acting like an emotional headcase isn't going to help resolve the issue right?

I have had my share of trouble with Microsoft support for my 360, including some CSR's who didn't have a bloody clue about anything (and I mean important things, related to warranty and replacement, aka the things they have to know about). And I'm currently waiting for my 2nd 360 replacement.

But exploding at them.. That's just immature.

I'd be ****ed off, too. I couldn't imagine finally getting a new console after waiting patiently for almost a year after its release only for it to not even boot up, let alone being made to pay $100 for shipping and repairs and losing my HD during those weeks I've waited for my system to be returned and getting the run-around ever since then. Being put on hold for two hours just for somebody to hang up on you doesn't make things any better.

Of course, I don't agree with the personal attacks, but he has every right to be highly ****ed with MS.

I think they had to cut down on the good-customer-service budget after the first shipment of consoles :D
