Offline video converting (don't need to plug Zune in for it to start) or even better, no need to convert the video's, as they'd look better on my 360, instead of down-converting to 320 :( Also, being able to choose which folders are for pictures. as I've got album art JPEG's, and it sync's them :( Faster Sync, and auto-sync on connect.
