TheFlusher
For all that I know, It looks AMAZING on hd-tv's but will it look good on SD-tv? Maybe SD-tv is better than regular tv? Need comments from anyone who has sd-tv and 360...

cyclingplatypus
I just recently switched from an SDTV with my 360 to an HDTV and the 360 looked good on the SDTV, granted once you play on an HDTV it changes the way that you look at the 360 on a SDTV. DrCheese
The 360 makes me cry on my SDTV, I brought the 360 last week and I find it hard to play most games, text is hard to read, and it just looks washed out(tho thats probally just my crappy TV) Then again I'm used to PC gaming and high res and to go back to a console hurts. My new HD is coming this week :p I'd suggest getting even a small HDTV if you can afford it.

Remysaus
my advice if you don't have enough money for an hdtv-tv, go with a TFT monitor, they don't cost alot and you get high resolution gaming.

Smashing Pumpkin
My dad's picked my up an old 17 inch CRT monitior for free from a sale, no one wants em really anymore, I'm gonna connect my 360 to that at Xmas, still unsure about the audio though. My pc speakers just have a one jack input (I dunno how to say it cleverly) does that plug into my 360 or what?

Get an RCA Stereo Audio (female) to Stero Minijack (male) cable and you'll be fine.
