Best THEMES for Firefox v2.0?

Recommended Posts

Arvid Axelsson's newest theme: Kempelton.

(For those who don't know Arvid, he's the author of the Qute theme [the default theme for Phoenix/Firebird/Firefox up to v. 0.8].)

I keep coming back to Mostly Chrystal. It's clean looking but still bright and shiny :)

I also use the mods in userchrome.css to round the address and search bars, use native tabs and a few others to make it exactly as I want.

Argh, you beat me to it! :p

I also like the ancient pre-AOL Netscape theme, Foxscape. Mostly out of nostalgia.

Foxscape is just wrong, so horribly wrong. Who wants to be permanently reminded of a buggy mess of a web browser? I don't. Netscape 4.x is dead and buried, and rightly so.

Updated my themes to work with 2.0.0.1 -- the problem was with the maxVersion setting in the install.rdf file. It was set at 2.0 instead of 2.0.* as it should have been. My fault.

last i checked there was no obligation to support unreleased builds.

It seems pretty released to me, as my FF updated itself to that version. And that was after the official release to the servers for download.

In Firefox 1.5 I used to use Qute, (initially I started out with Luna for Firefox! :p) however, since Firefox 2.0 I've stuck to Default as it has been dramatically improved!

+1, using it now and love it

+2 I have been using it the Industrial Tango theme since its release and haven't found a theme I like that comes close to it.

I really like the Charamel theme. It's sleek and kind of Mac-ish. I don't use it now but I still love it :D

Oh, and +3 on the Tango (Industrial) skin. I also really enjoy SooperDoode's GNOME Firefox theme. He's so handsome and talented!!!!!!! ;)
