is it possible to stream divx to my xbox 360 from winxp?

Yeah, I use transcode 360, but I have MCE. I believe another program is TVersity (Google it, I don't know much about it except that it's been mentioned here). I think that works like transcode except you don't need MCE, but I'm not positive.

Yes transcode is awesome and TVersity was total rubbish for me, when ever I tried to stream XVID it would crash on my PC and 360 would tell me it has lost connection.

TVersity rocks. Try the new version released this week. It's still a beta but it's working out fantastic for me so far. Transcode 360 wasn't working too well on Vista for me the last time I tried it, but TVersity is working great even on Vista x64.

@Huleboeren:

If you have a media center PC and it is connected to your TV and you have a remote then I would just stick to that. Otherwise the xbox 360 w/ a remote is a great living room interface. Maybe consider using the xbox 360 in one room and free your computer to be put in another room for another entertainment setup.
