Quillz
Yesterday, I did a fresh install of Opera 9.1. I used it for a few hours then shut it down, and put my PC into hibernation. This morning, when I tried to use Opera again, I got a message saying that the mail and chat accounts have become corrupt, even though they haven't been used once yet. When I try to go to the option in the Tools menu, it's grayed out. Does anyone know what could have possibly made this unused feature corrupt, and how to fix it without losing my current Wand settings and bookmarks? Conservationist
Does anyone know what could have possibly made this unused feature corrupt, and how to fix it without losing my current Wand settings and bookmarks? The configuration file somehow got corrupted, or the runtime. Re-install and reconfigure is my advice, though there may be a faster way.
halcyoncmdr
I suggest using Opera Backup if you want to quickly backup your files... And I have gotten this before as well, not exactly sure what causes it. I think if you just reinstall then your data should still be there as well... not entirely sure though. Quillz
Hmm... After rebooting my PC, the problem seems to have fixed itself. Thanks for the help, guys.
