People are not warned when talking crap about another console even if they never tried it.

Theres no proof

Because there's no proof, how can we know if it was true or not? Even then, how would you know if someone is warned or not? Report it and it'll be taken care of.

I'm on my second. Only it wasn't a defect, a Comcast contractor came to install cable at my girlfriends house and when he went to move the table the TV was on the shelf fell down and landed on and cracked the case. They replaced it but with the Core system, not the one I had. I pulled off the hard drive, but only recently did I notice the silver disc tray that I used to have is now just white. I'm kind of ****ed about it.

That sounds pretty **** man, did Comcast replace it or Microsoft? Also by pulled out the HD you mean the HD survived the hit? If so thats not too bad heh, also I like the white DVD-rom lol instead of the silver :p.

EDIT: I am also on my first one here, bought it on November 27th and it was manufactured on August 21.

I'm still on my original x360 and haven't had many problems with it other then scratched game discs not working right. No heat problems though.

One suggestion to everyone who has an x360, keep the area around the console as dust free as possible if you want your console to last its longest. Dust destroys optical drives. I live in a very dusty region and everyone is always bitching about how crappy DVD players are because they all break in less then a year. They don't realize that this region is just really dusty so optical drives don't last long around here unless you take extra good care of them.
