Munna2002
I wasn't sure if this was the right forum topic to post in. But this was the best match I could find. In Gmail, How do you search for unlabeled archived Gmail emails? Clicking on "All Mail" isn't feasible to filter though manually since there are thousands of emails. I tried searching with "-label" but search results comes with labels. I tried searching "-label:" but I get a pop up error 700 in Gmail. Does anyone have a solution? Thanks, Ganesh
jonmoseley8
I am not sure. I had a look in the Gmail help section, and it said that there is not a search operator for unlabeled messages in a small font. Search for messages by label**There isn't a search operator for unlabeled messages http://mail.google.com/support/bin/answer....&ctx=search I also did have a look at Google Groups, and I found a post that gives a address for Advance Searching Unlabeled messages but the link is broken. Here is the thread. :)
