oh god can they please call it something else other then a real world halo suit. thats all we need are those beyond nerd fans that dress up like comic book or video game characters to show up somewhere in packs dressed like that.

:jump: that looks so sweet... I can't see why the army wouldn't be interested in this unless flexibility and stuff like that were issues, running, and other activities, and perhaps the vision as well.

Angel light sounds like something that would blow away everything we have right now, but I won't judge him solely on that claim of his

This suit should be used if it really is legit as he makes it sound... who cares if it's ugly, would anyone want to take on a person walking around in that? oh my, the fear that people would face if they kept shooting a soldier in that with no effect

i'm sure in the video his neck is totally exposed in the suit... but it'd still be amazing for fighting in. one man could take out a squad of poorly armed enemies...

i so want one :p

This is nice ... wonder if it will be produced in our military ? We need something to help cut down on the casualties, for all armed forces in the UN. Too many people have died lately because of the War on Iraq.

I can imagine the US invading Iran and these Soldiers come out with the gear, the Iranians will go "WTF?!?!?!".

That would be great :D

No solider is going to wear this crap, if they're serving in Iraq where average temperature is around 100 degrees. They will be sweating inside a sh*t load.

Besides it looks more like crysis armor then mjolnir.

I must admit that's awesome. But the boots...holy cow, if our soldiers were to try and run with those big boots, everyone of them would need a push button on the suit for calling Lifeline.

You know what.. This guy is kinda weird to. I am willing to bet, that if he keeps going like this, he is going to die trying to test this suit. By either getting blown up or shot.. I hope it doesn't happen though

I'd pick protection over features any day. Make a more compact laser and off to the side of the eyes. Make the suit in the front more flat for convenience, take half that crap off and make it all a display inside the helm, and voila. I would take it for certain.

A soldier's life isn't worth $2000 to the US government.

If he licensed the design to a big US contractor with lobbying power in the Pentagon, the military would have bought it. It's all about politics.
