bioman Posted January 20, 2007 Share Posted January 20, 2007 Well, since I am returning the 360 back the Best Buy for a second time, I am really concerned on future problems with it once my 30 day return period expires. I know Microsoft has extended the warranty to 1 year, but I really hate the hassle of mailing it back to them to have the problem fixed and then waiting for them to mail it to me. This process has the potential to take months. I am contemplating getting the 2yr extended warranty from Best Buy. This way, if I have a problem 6mo, 12mo, 18mo, etc down the road, I can just bring it into them and they give me a new one on the spot. What do you all think? Thanks. Hoshi Posted January 20, 2007 Share Posted January 20, 2007 I would say it is worth it because when I get my stuff from Best Buy especially my car audio i always get the extended warranty because it is to much hassle to mail/ship the product off and have to wait for another one to arrive. In the end, I think I'm going to get it. I don't want to deal with the hassle of having to mail the thing to MS and wait for them to decide what's what.
