He bought the 360, he agreed to the conditions that they can change their agreement at any time. They'd already supplied him with a free box once (which as they stated, was out of courtesy, and not a necessity) so why is he moaning that it's changed?

Aside from that, it'll be a funny outcome.

If you care enough about your crappy job telling people conditions of repair to act sad or upset when a customer messes with you, then you sir are an idiot. That statement goes out to all who posted that it was unfair to mess with T2. I work at a telephone research company while i'm studying for my EE degree and I think it's absolutely hillarious when people think outside the box, (pun intended). Thank god for this guy. The T2 will have something to talk about that day.
