Xbox 360 repair center, need help with ups!

I contacted xbox support on friday to get my xbox 360 repaired they sent me a label via email ive printed it off and boxed the xbox 360 now all i need to do is get ups to pick it up but im wondering if they pick it up will i have to pay for it too be sent?

No, it is a pre-paid label, you just tell them on the phone that it is pre-paid.

Make sure before sending that you've removed the faceplate. Also if you know the HD isn't the problem then take that off aswell, as you won't get it back just a wiped HD.

you may want to call and check . i had to puy to ship mine back :angry: and was told to ship the HD back with it ( when i didnt have to ) then had to wait another 4 - 5 weeks before they shipped my HD back to me !

I sent mine back to Microsoft just a week ago and they definitely do not charge you to send it. Just call UPS and arrange a pickup time, they collect it and you'll get it back a week later fixed. I have to say that they don't give you the same console back (at least not in my experience). I sent a console from Sept '06 and got one back from Nov '05. I'm not really bothered though, because I'd rather have an older one than a broken one ;)

Really? I'd be very ticked off if they did that, I wouldn't want a console that's nearly a year older.
