acies
Sometimes i have many tabs up, the scroll feature in FF2 was OK, but still didn't feel right, I actually prefer it off. But I often thought this would be a good way to cut down the clutter when so many tabs are open; If you could have tabs within other tabs, perhaps organised bye website, so for example all the pages you have open in neowin will stay in the neowin tab. i think it would pretty handy and much easier use. I don't know if there's an extension that can do this, anyone know??
rowdypixel
Not quite what you were looking for, but Split Browser is the closest thing I know of.
acies
I have that installed myself, useful for looking at two pages at once, but yea not really what i was thinking of. I think my idea would be a great feature for firefox.
tao muon
Interesting idea. Grouped tabs with fly-out submenus. Kind of like Windows' application Menubar does.

IceDogg
Is Linkwad what your looking for? I have never tried it by here is the description. LinkWad is a Firefox extension that enables users to more easily manage tabbed browsing sessions by saving groups of tabs as "wads."
acies
I don't think that's what I am looking for, As I understand it, that extension just saves groups of tabs. I am looking for a way to organise open tabs into groups so that it cuts down on the amount of tabs on screen, hence making it easier to find. IceDogg
I come across this extension. I know nothing about it. So, USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. But I found it being discussed here at TEM. Maybe that's more what your looking for?
beanboy89
The closest thing I could see is opening a new instance of browser.xul into a new tab. chrome://browser/content/aboutDialog.xul
