Y84
check the settings of other media players installed in ur OS like divx, vlc, etc.. Some of them are ticked as default web players for certain extensions playing in browsers Then from Firefox browser .. go to Tools > Options and edit the embedded objects play settings I once had that, and VLC player was the problem .. had to edit VLC + Firefox play settings Edited February 14, 2008 by bahraini.
Lt-DavidW
Whenever I get this problem, I always use this to fix it: http://port25.technet.com/pages/windows-me...n-download.aspx
The_Decryptor Veteran Posted February 14, 2008 Veteran Share Posted February 14, 2008 Whenever I get this problem, I always use this to fix it:http://port25.technet.com/pages/windows-me...n-download.aspx This is the only real solution. The NP API WMP (haha) plugin was really out of date, so MS made a brand new one (link above), they also stopped distributing the old plugin with Windows.
