That was cool of them putting in retro games such as pitfall, akroid and Arcade, the evil master in world of Murderworld, put us in classic 2-d games with 3d char of your team. That definitely refreshed my gameplay and furthers playing it more.

Anyone went thru murderworld yet? Whatcha think of that?

i finished the game a few months back, and i have to say i really loved it, one of the best games i have ever played.

I also like how they use the 3d characters in the 2d games :p

Do the levels ever get better? I've had the game for over a month now and am having a very hard time getting into it.

1. I've heard that the game revolves around Wolverine and the game is very difficult w/o Wolverine? Will it be easier if I have Wolverine in my party?

2. Does the game ever make it to an outdoor setting? How about something that isn't the same old boring corridors? I hate how with the flying super heroes you have to come down to get through a door...why don't they just automatically swoop through the door while they remain airborne?

3. So hard to see what the hell is going on...especially if you have Pyro in your group.

1. I have wolverine in my party, just having him in makes it easy. After a while, may not need wolverine as long as others are lvl'ed up well.

2. There are some outdoor settings, I've done snow mountain, underwater, and I've yet to explore other one.

3. Pyro? I don't see pyro in the group. Which console are you playing it on?

Yeah, I enjoyed the old school arcade games on that level. It was pretty cool, because I happened to be playing the game with my son who is around the same age as I was when I first played Pitfall and Arkanoid.

The game got better for me when I finally started treating it like an RPG instead of a beat-em-up and started getting into the story line and customization. I think I really started getting into it near the end of Act 2 (or whatever it's called). The story wasn't all that great in the beginning levels. Also, the game was a lot longer than it felt like it would be.

1. I played a good portion of the game without Wolverine, but yes he just rips through enemies. I didn't really notice until I started using him again in the 2nd half of the game. He does indeed come in handy.

2. Yep, there are plenty of outdoor settings. You're probably not that far into the game - it gets better. A lot of outdoor levels are still made similar to corridor levels, however.

3. Not sure who that is (there were only a handful of heroes I enjoyed using), but I can tell you there are plenty of times you won't be able to see anything during boss fights. That was probably the most annoying thing for me in the game.

Ohh I think he might mean ghost rider or human torch..ones with flame power.

A reason for wolverine being handy is his healing power same as Deadpool. Not sure who else might have it as well.
