Microsoft stepping up advertising in europe

In preparation for the European launch of the PS3 (which is still at a firm 23rd March at the point of writing) Microsoft have been very busy bunnies indeed.

According to numerous sources (rumors) Microsoft have upped their advertising budget for the months leading up to and for March.

They?re taking a rather obvious line of advertising: the mere fact that the PS3 is going to be in short supply against the fact that the Xbox 360 will be in very good supply.

The Sony-Microsoft war has begun once more.

If the US sales is anything to go by, i don't MS will have too much of an issue. Intrest in the PS3 has been on the downfall for a little while.
