The offer for 3 free trials is valid worldwide and any console (Core or Premium) When you create a new account it will look at your console serial number and work out if you have already had 3 trial accounts. If you haven't, you should be offered a 30 day trial. The offer is valid worldwide on both Premium and Core consoles. I have had two core consoles and both have come with the free trial.
