Maybe they dont think Home is actually anything big? I mean, it's a fancy looking online copy of the sims with achievements added on to wow your friends. Yeah, maybe it's cuz I don't care for online as much but I'm just not feeling it.

I figured there wouldn't be anything after somebody mentioned that Microsoft didn't have a press conference listed on the schedule. Feels kind of odd without any big news from MS, but I guess you can't have big announcements at every major conference.

truth is... there were quite a few things that were keep in reserve just in case whatever it was Sony was supposed to announce at GDC were something BIG... something like Jesus second coming or anything like it, but everything they showed was nothing we should have to worry about... :happy:

And just like that Spartan_X gets you all worked up again! And to answer troist, home doesn't look that big to me, really, like I posted above, it's just a fancy version of the Mii or your Gameercard from Live. Sony as is the case with this gen, takes a few ideas from here and there, mashes them all together, and bang, you have Home.

It's the Mii meets the Sims, with added achievements like we have on the 360 all made to look pretty in your Home were people are suppose to come over and then you either talk and or start some online game. Maybe it's just me, like I said before, but i'm not really impressed.

Free online multiplayer for Silver members would be good. There's something fishy though, as a lot of stores here are reducing the price of XBL Gold kits by a fair amount. Having a closer look at the packs reveals that every subscription in the Gold pack must be redeemed by 30/06/2007 (06/30/2007 for you Americans). So what's going to happen from July? Free XBL? Reduced fees? New pack? Bundled game?
