Ayepecks
At first I just thought it was that Crank file I downloaded, but boy was I wrong. I called Microsoft and got my money back. Downloaded it again, exact same problem. So I just gave up on that one... but now the free South Park episode is doing the exact same thing! I've downloaded it probably 10 times. It stops working at varying points through the movie every time. It's been downloaded 100% all the time. Everytime it'll stop, though. Sometimes it'll get more than half-way through and I'll get the error. The error: "Can't play this content because it may not be supported. For more info, go to www.xbox.com/support Status code: 69-00-800004005" Crank topic: https://www.neowin.net/forum/index.php?show...#entry588371566 Anyone know what's wrong? I'm really starting to get mad over this.
neoadorable
well what did MS support have to say about this? no clue what's wrong aside from either space on the HDD, which can't be the cause coz then the d/l wouldn't start, or maybe your machine's clock...it could be thinking the dates have already passed and you've already watched the content. otherwise, i'm clueless. Ayepecks
I can't find anything on Microsoft's website about it. It's not the clock, because that reads correctly, and the South Park episode is unlimited. I have plenty of space, too.

Olemus
i dont really know about this coz the UK dont get any videos on the marketplace BOOOOO! but you should call tech support, and if they dont give you a proper anwser ask to speak to someone higher up and persevere till you get the anwser you deserve. neoadorable
yeah that's basically your only recourse at this point. there's some snafu or other involved, and it's on them to figure it out.
